These Terms govern your use of this website, operated by Prefabbers, Hyderabad, Telangana ("Prefabbers", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these Terms.

1. What Prefabbers is

Prefabbers is an online marketplace. We list prefab products made and sold by independent manufacturers and suppliers ("Sellers") and help buyers ("Buyers") contact them.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Prefabbers is not the manufacturer or seller of any product. The contract for the sale, delivery and installation of a product is between the Buyer and the Seller.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

3. For Buyers

• Listings, photos, specifications and prices are provided by Sellers. Prices are indicative and may change; the Seller's written quotation is final.
• Check specifications, delivery terms, payment terms and warranty with the Seller before you order.
• You are responsible for site preparation, foundations and any local permissions unless the Seller agrees otherwise in writing.

4. For Sellers

• You must hold a valid GST registration where applicable and the right to sell the products you list.
• Your listings must be accurate, lawful and not misleading — including prices, materials, sizes and delivery times.
• You are responsible for manufacturing, quality, delivery, installation, warranty, invoices and taxes for your sales.
• You will respond to Buyer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• We may verify, edit, reject or remove listings at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You must not post false, misleading or infringing content; use the website to spam, harass or defraud anyone; copy or scrape website content without permission; or try to hack, overload or interfere with the website.

6. Intellectual property

The website design, logo and our own content belong to Prefabbers. Sellers keep the rights to their product photos and descriptions and allow us to display them on the website.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or delivery of products sold by Sellers, and we are not liable for disputes between Buyers and Sellers — though we will try to help resolve them.

8. Third-party links

The website may link to other services, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
